Opportunity Fast Charge Battery
Opportunity Fast Charge is a relatively new technology in the Material Handling industry. The concept of OFC is to have one battery, one truck and one charger and eliminate the need to change batteries. Opportunity Fast Charge is defined as being able to charge a battery from 20% to 80% in 2 hours or less.
To make a battery OFC compatible a few modifications need to be made. The battery will come with Dual Leads, Dual Connectors, Dual Inter-cell Connectors, Data Recording System and in some cases , Cooling Fans may be mounted on the cover.
Design Features that set a standard in charging…
Have the battery charged in designated stations at every opportune time (breaks, lunches, shift changes, etc.) On weekends the battery will automatically equalize charge while still connected to the charger.

H2Go Chargers and Batteries
The new H2Go Battery from Crown features a modified grid alloy that reduces gassing and an advanced separator material that improves charge acceptance. The H2Go Battery also has a LED electrolyte monitor that indicates current levels and indicates required watering maintenance. H2Go Batteries come with a full 5 year warranty and are available in 85 and 125 sizes.
